The herbal intensive is for those individuals who have always wanted to learn more about herbs but weren't sure how to go about it. Students participate in many hands-on herb related activities at Rivendale Ranch. The ranch has a large herb garden and an abundance of native herbs growing nearby. As a member of United Plant Savers, the ranch has an established botanical sanctuary for the fostering of medicinal plant propagation and a safe haven for At-Risk medicinal herbs. A botanical sanctuary is a joyous place to gather and share good company, good conversation, and good plants and a space to spread the word about medicinal plant uses.
